I found their website through a celebrity moms blog. (yes, I admit it- I read that junk.) bags looked cool and I needed/wanted a new summery bag; I ordered one. That was a month ago, and apart from receiving a receipt by e-mail (and my bank account showing the charge was credited), I haven't received the bag and cannot get anyone to respond to my e-mail inquiries about its status. Their website only has an e-mail inquiry option; no phone numbers or addresses are listed. (So I can't even look up the phone number, because I have no idea what state they are in.) I've learned my lesson- don't order stuff from random websites, but does anyone have any info on this company? I'd like to SPEAK to someone there, or at least know where they are so I can complain to a BBB, etc. Any help is appreciated.
