China's Dec02/Jan03 referrals coming?

I've heard word on various Yahoo Groups that agencies are telling clients to expect the Dec/Jan referrals out before the CCAA delegation heads for the US on October 1st.

This means we could have our March03 referral by Halloween if they do Feb/Mar in October or Thanksgiving if they don't do another group in October.

That's great. Either way it looks like you won't be waiting a year for your referral. That has got to be a good feeling
