Induced Lactation / Adoptive Breastfeeding

I am considering trying to adoptive breastfeed my soon to be adopted child. I was wondering if anyone had information on this. What I have found is limited.

There is a Yahoo group called PumpMoms, which discusses, well, pumping milk. I know when I was a regular reader there was at least one woman who was pumping so she could breastfeed her adoptive child.
