odor of poop........

I have been breastfeeding my 5 week old daughter. The poops are still mustardy yellow and have become a bit more pasty and less liquidy. My pediatrician said this is normal. However, they are starting to stink more. Is this normal? My diet is the same. I was just curious as I have been reading that BF babies have significantly less odor. Now I am wondering...

Yes, it's normal. Sometimes my son's poops can send me out of the room! It's probably something you ate - a spicier meal, maybe? Don't worry, it'll calm down again.
