DD has begun refusing to nap....i can't take it! i NEED her to nap during the day and she was so good about it for so long! she was taking a 2.5-3 hour nap from 11:30 am until 2 or 2:30 every afternoon but now will not sleep at all during the day. she is still getting very tired during the day but she's not willing to go to sleep. she finally crashes out at like 4 pm but i don't want her sleeping then....she won't go to sleep at bedtime if she's only gotten done with her nap at 7pm!!!

what to do? are her nap needs changing and i'm not following or is it something else?

He went through a phase a few months ago when he refused to nap. We had family visiting, and it was a big upheaval for him.
