How long should my 2mo nap? She usually will take about an hour long morning nap. Then doze in the car while we run errands. The in the afternoon she's been napping 3 hours if not longer. I've been waking her up at about the 3 hour mark cause it's always areound 5pm and I don't want her to sleep too much past that since her bedtime is between 8-9pm. Should I just let her nap till she wakes? Is she confusing naps with bedtime? She just started this pattern last week so it's all new to me! I'm glad she's finally napping, but I'm unsure about the lenght of the nap and if its ok.
