I am looking for good parenting books. Anyone knows some?

So many styles out there. I am partial to "The Baby Book" by Dr. Sears. For simple baby care/ child care without an agenda you can go with the AAP's "Caring for your Baby and Young Child." A lot of people like Penelope Leach's "Your Baby and Child." I'd recommend requesting them from your library and see if you like them. The Dr. Sears' book has good solid food suggestions, sleep advice and medical info. The AAP's book has a good medical section (more for diagnosing than treatment as opposed to the Sears' book that has more treatment ideas) and then just general info on their physical and emotional development.
