I noticed a small blurb on the online payment page...

The Northeast was hit recently by the worst electrical outage in its history. We had no control over the outage, but it temporarily affected the service of wireless companies.

We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your business. To say thanks, we'll credit your voice account with 60 additional minutes at the start of your next billing cycle when you call us at 866-269-2015 by 10/31/2003.

It was very easy to do. I called the number, entered my wireless number and zip code, and that's it! Hope this helps somebody!

Thanks for the information. I am going to call them this morning. I actually had no cell service all day Friday after the storm.
