Because was a teacher for the past 7 years I still get emails from Scholastic reminding me of specials and book fairs... They have listed all of the cities that are participating in their 50% off sale.
Note, some are exclusive to Book Fair Chairpeople & Volunteers, Registered Homeschoolers, and School Personnel; Principals, Administrators, Faculty, Teachers, Librarians, and Media Specialists. But some, I believe, are open to the public. I've saved literally hundreds of dollars at these events when purchasing books for my classroom. Now I get to go for my own child! Sorry if it's too late for some of you...I just got the info today.
