I am not sure if this will work again, but it is definitely worth a try. They claimed over the phone it would only work once and they had given these to most of their customers (it came with my last order). It is a $15 OFF an order of $75 or more, the number I used was #28113218. If that doesn't work you might try just calling them and telling them you didn't get yours and what number can you use.
