Just heard it on the radio this morning. I wonder if this will translate into great sales. It's sad - I loved this store as a kid!

Wow - this doesn't leave us much except TRU now! Of course, they may emerge fine; bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean that they will go out of business.

If you read the article it seems that it's places like Target and Walmart that are now the competition for TRU.

All the big, traditional toy stores say there is no way to compete with the lower prices at Target and Walmart.

I hope they cans tay afloat. I would hate for TRU to be the only game in town.
