and the price has been reduced recently, amazon will refund the difference! Maybe not the free shipping deal, but that is worth a shot, too. Just email them and they usually respond in a few days!

I purchased the aquadoodle a few days ago when it was down to $17.xx but requested a P/A yesterday when it was further reduced to $9.98. They refused, but maybe they will adjust from full price to the current sale price.

That is weird, I have never had a price adjustment refused. I would call and complain. I had to do that on something that they cancelled due to an incorrect price a month ago, because my email was reponded to with a standard response, so I called and got a $15 gift certificate.

Did anyone receive the wrong aquadoodle? TRU gave me the aquadoodle with only one pen instead of the combo pack. I probably can't get the aquadoodle combo pack since it is out of stock now.

I called amazon. I am sending back the old one (at their cost) and they are mailing me the new one. At that time I think the combo packs were still in stock though. Seems to me amazon should be handling it, not TRU....

If they carry it at the TRU store, you may be able to take it to the store and exchange it? Someone I know had received a damaged toy and they were able to exchange it at TRU, no questions asked.

As of June 1, here in haptom roads, without a reciept you can't do anything at all. They have not taken amazon receipts for a month or so, either. I just read on another board, that they complained and got a credit of $5, or they could send it back.

From another site, a couple of people have mentioned that they opened up their aquadoodle and the combo pack was inside even though the outside stated that there is only 1 pen. So it may be worth checking.
"Just a note for those people who ordered the combo pack. I called and complained before I opened it because my box said "one mat, one pen". Then, when I opened it up there were two pens and the stamp set inside. Just check before you return it!"

I called amazon this morning and they are sending it to another department to see what my options are (she said they may just reimburse me since they sent the wrong one twice.) Oh well, I hope I don't get dinged for return shipping on the first one. But I'm giving it as a gift so I never would have thought to open the actual box.
