I liked that I could go to a B&M Blockbuster if there was a wait for a DVD I wanted to see.

I wholeheartedly recommend Netflix! We are now back up to three movies at a time, since TV reruns have started. There's no way I would ever rent that many movies from a B & M store, or get the same selection.

We've never had to wait for a new release either. I just make sure it's at the top of my list the day or so before it releases and I always get it right away!
Besides, I guess I'm not always up on the newest releases anyway!

I used to have Netflix and now, thanks to a free offer at my B and M store in my new neighborhood (hey! I was desperate for a movie that night!), I have Blockbuster online. Once the free trial is up, I am switching back to Netflix for the following reasons:
-More movies that I like.
-Queue on Netflix is easier to manage. For example, I rent a lot of TV shows and add the whole season to my queue. At Netflix, I could sort my queue so that I would get 1 disc of show A and then 1 disc of show B. With Blockbuster, the season moves through your queue together. A small thing but nevertheless a PITA.
However, I think Blockbuster is doing 4 weeks free (vs. NetFlix two weeks free) so you could always just try and see for yourself.
