Our Target had these on Clearance (50%). Originally $19.99. It is like this:

But has three "snap in" options - the regular tray, a magnet board with magnets and a soft foam puzzle. The magnets and puzzle are sea themed. They had Pink or Blue.

This tray was discussed in Car Seats and the techs all seemed to agree that it was soft enough to be safe in the car. The bottom and sides are soft foam covered with vinyl, the tray is a thin piece of flexible plastic. It does seem to fit well on DS1s Decathlon and the clips don't seem like they would hurt the fabric.

They also had a couple other FP travel sets - a waterfilled toy that bubbles when they kick it and a travel set with head support, mirror, etc. I don't know the prices on those, but they were also 50% off.
