What a crazy shopping weekend so far? I thought I start early by going on Friday afternoon. I went to the Stride Rite store to get DS some sneakers for the Fall/Winter. He has been living in his Lands End sandal and Crocs for the entire summer. What a ZOO at S.R. I forgot how expensive toddlers' sneakers are.....they are more than my own shoes. Yikes. Anyway, got him two pairs since it's 50% off the second pair. I also stopped by one of our local children's boutiques. They were having a clearance sales, only 35% off. But, with no tax! I picked up six outfits for DD for next summer. I'm such a sucker for Baby Nay stuff and the smocked dresses for the summer. The sales girl told me I saved over $100 today. Yeah, I'm sure that made my husband feel good. Heheheh.... although he liked all the pieces. Just thought I share.
