Thanks Corie for this deal! I love Glad products esp their force flex trash bags and press and seal stuff!

My target has the big boxes of the force flex on clearance for $5.68 (which is cheaper than the regular boxes plus you get 2x as much)! I think I have enough trash bags to last me this year!!!

Don't forget that this offer is good until March 31, 2007.

You could always submit another Glad redemption form
at the end of the promotion to get another free year
of Everyday Food magazine.

You might want to print off an extra copy of the
redemption form and keep it with your calendar.

I didn't print the offer when it was there - now it isn't there that I can see. I had another form from a Glad package but I washed it in the pocket of my jeans. Any suggestions for how to get the form?? Thanks!

Did anyone ever get this? I sent everything in months ago and never received the mag :(

I had to call customer service to start my subscription. It will help if you still have copies of all the receipts and forms that you initially filled out.

You know, I never got mine either and was kind of upset..but just let it go. I figured it wasn't worth the hassle. And I thought it was only me.

Anyone else? If a lot of people didn't get theirs-I think that's a big deal. Sort of lilke a scam??

I don't have any of the receipts handy..though I am sure I could dig them up I guess.

Anyone else have luck through customer service? Did you call glad or the magazine?

Thanks,
Ruth

I called Everyday Foods Magazine and they referred me to a number for Glad promotions, which handled this particular one. It was kind of back and forth for a bit but I told them I had copies of all my paperwork and they automatically started my subscription without needing proof. Hmm...yeah, it was a bit of a hassle and the magazine ends up being so-so for me.

I got my magazine subscription almost immediately!! I would definitely call and
see what is going on!

I got mine too - although it came about 3 months later!

Oh, and I am still using those trash bags I bought to qualify for this offer lol!

Thanks again Corie!!!

Luckily we keep all of our receipts..but I don't think I have the filled out form.

I think I'll just find the receipts again and fill out the form. I'm sure I have other glad products since then. Then I'll keep everything this time around.

Better yet, maybe I'll call...if they ask for proof then I will do the above.

What a hassle!

Do you have the glad promotion number? Or the number where you actually got results?

I called everyday foods and they obviously didn't have an account for me and did not have a number for glad. I can't seem to find a number on their website. Basically I was told to call Glad. GRrr...

Thanks,
Ruth

Ruth-
I called the toll-free number on the Glad box because I couldn't read the number in the small print on my zerox copy of my submission. They gave me some customer service number that was for the Everyday Foods promotion (I didn't write it down-sorry!). At that number, they also asked me for an account number (which I didn't have since they never sent me anything) and I just pressed 0 I think. When I got a human, I explained the situation. She said something abot some email they got (I assume something along the lines of, "We screwed 1/2 the people who entered this promotion") and just signed my up for a subscription, no questions asked.

HTH,
-Corrie

Luckily I copy things I type b/c I just typed this up and the system would not let me post....anyways...here goes...

ARgh...what a pain. I'm on hold now with the mag. I called Glad, who told me to call every day food, (but not before they slammed me with survey questions) the mag then transferred me to the promotion line. Who then asked for my name, address, etc. and said sorry for the delay your subscription will start with the June issue.

Who wants to bet that I'll also get a bill for it like it's a new subscription?

Corrie-thanks for the info. I shouldn't have bothered...but it was the point..if you know what I mean.

edited to add..should I fill out another form and mail in-will I then get two issues..or will they put the subscriptions back to back? :)

This is the email that I actually saved with the number I used to finally get things started:

Thank you for contacting us about Glad Product. We always appreciate hearing from our consumers.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this problem may have caused you. That promotion was handled by the magazine company, their phone number is 1-877-604-2748. Please inform them that you have copies that you can send them, if they did not receive your information yet.

Again, thank you for contacting us.

Sincerely,

-I think I went back and forth as well but ended up talking with Everyday Foods, explaining the situation, and got my subscription to start, offering proof if needed...

Hope this helps!

Can someone tell me when this has to be postmarked and received? I can't tell for sure by reading the fine print in the pdf file that was posted.

Thanks!
