Back in April there was a survey for Playtex Bras. You were to receive a $10. Visa Gift card. Is there anyone who did not receive it? It was so long ago but I don't think I ever got it.

You know, as I was filling out the survery, I wondered if it was legit. Maybe I just felt funny looking at bras online and discussing my opnions on them. Hmmm..........

I have been in such a mood lately and haven't been very nice when it comes to bad customer service so I wrote to Playtex and asked about the GC. Here is their response.

The Playtex on line survey was limited to the first 250 submissions.
The gift cards have been sent to those consumers. We are unable to fill any additional request for the $10.00 Visa Gift Card.

Huh? Then why wasn't the survey pulled after the firsy 250?? Makes me so mad when companies don't honor their promises (or incorrect sale prices, etc).

Then how come after I took the survey they said I would be receiving the $10 GC shortly? Why didn't it say it was the first 250? Oh well at least we know not to look for it.
