I am about to place an order and looking for a free shipping or % off code. Already going through FW. Any other tricks I should know of?

I doubt this will work since you're overseas (correct?) but if you're local to Sears they offer free shipping on the LE order if you order in the store (though you'll lose out on FW).

Thanks. I'll have to compare to see whether forgoing FW is worth the free shipping, most likely yes.

DH will be visiting his family in MO in couple weeks so I am mailing a bunch of stuff to MIL. You won't believe how much quality things cost here.

May be too late for you, but if you have a Discover card, you can get LE gift cards with your cashback bonus. You "pay" $20 for a $25 card.

Many of the Sears are now getting the Land's End 'stores' in them. Basically they take all the LE mdse in the store, pull it to one area and the sales assoc. just deal pretty much in LE. They put in a computer linked to LE's website and if you place an order you get free shipping. At least one item needs to be full price.

In my area Sears stores are getting them Aug-Oct, one of the prototype stores is about 40 minutes from my house and has been up and running since April.

I just went today and they also give you free shipping on overstock items. The sales clerk said they prefer you buy something at full price, but somehow the system allows free shipping on overstock items as well.

Does anyone know of a Sears store in Maryland that has this? When I asked at my local store, they didn't know what I was talking about.
