Thanks Jo! I've been using a rectal thermy, but I hadn't really considered the ramifications of trying to take a rectal temp on a 2yo before last night, so I was planning to pick one of these up this week!

I spoke to a customer service rep (3 of them actually x( ) and it turns out different areas have different stock. (Why can't they just ship to different zip codes?) The ear thermometers aren't available in a lot of places, it seems...

I gave up.

(But managed to order some other things, of course ;) )

For some reason they wouldn't ship to my house....but they shipped to my mom's which is only 30 miles away. If anyone's having trouble, try to ship to a friend or relative. These are perfect stocking stuffers for husbands!
