I remember seeing a post earlier this summer for best places to find rental deals. But can't find it now. Where are some good sites? Anyone have any codes?

If your pickup and return dates/times are set (not likely to change) I've had great luck with rental cars through priceline. I've generally been able to get cars for under $15/day. If you know what you need, and already know what you'd pay under the best deal found so far, then it might be worth it to try priceline, starting around that range (maybe a bit higher for a Minivan - I've never rented one of them through Priceline, but know they're generally more expensive to rent regularly.)

biddingfortravel can help you figure out a reasonable price to start, but if you start trying plenty of time before your trip, then you have plenty of time to rebid if you don't get your first price accepted.
