I'd like to start collecting Dr. Seuss books for DD. Where is the best place to buy them? I received a Scholastic brochure for their book club. Any experience with them? Any other suggestions?

Try TJMaxx or Marshalls - I've seen Dr. Seuss books there many times :)

I generally stock up on my favorite Dr Suess books when Costco is selling them in 3 packs. Of course each pack has one classic or famous book, one lesser known book, and one book that I'd generally never heard of. But the price for three books was a lot cheaper than buying two books elsewhere. I used to give these as gifts, but am now buying them for our own use.

I'd like to buy some more books, but I haven't found great deals on Seuss books outside of Costco (I'll have to check out Kohl's now). I'm hoping they'll have the multipacks again this holiday season.

I'm always amazed at the high quality used books at library sales, 1/2 price bookstore, and garage sales. We have many and I don't know where they all came from but I've never purchased one. Also I think Aqua Fresh toothpaste is offering free Dr Suess books with purchases.

Aldi's will be having Dr. Seuss books along with some others on sale next week for 5.99 each. HTH

Our Sunday ad for Kohl's had 4 Seuss books for $5 each. It wasn't clear whether you get a character stuffed animal with the book or those were sold separately. I think they were How the grinch stole xmas, green eggs and ham...Can't remember the other 2. It's a good deal if you don't have these particular books

They are very nice--and they benefit a children's charity though after 1 glass of wine I can't remember which one. Time for bed!

SAMS wholesale club usually has them too- bundled in either 2 or 3 books together. The KOHL's deal is great and the money goes to charity. They also have some of the characters as stuffed animals for $5 each too. (I love the sneeches!)

If you buy 2 Aquafresh kids items, then you get a hardcover
Dr. Seuss book for free. Awesome deal!
The deal has been posted in the Bargains section.

I've gotten 3 free books so far! (I've asked everyone in
my family to start using Aquafresh!) :)
