Good Rocking Horse?

DS (18mos, 35 inches tall) fell in love with a plush rocking horse at the mall yesterday, but it looked like a pain to clean (plus cost $138). I found this Melissa & Doug rocking horse on-line:

Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations? Or know what's the best price available on this M&D one? Surprisingly few places carry it - why? TIA!

A while back, Sam's Club was selling some very similar to the M&D for around $45 or so, so maybe you'd have luck finding another brand for less $. The one we got as a gift appears to be the same as the ones they had at Sam's and it's held up perfectly fine after 2 years.

I found the Melissa and Doug at TJ Maxx for $38 a while back. I also saw some advertised in a Belk flyer. Not sure if you have a Belk Dept store in your area. I saw them last year at Christmas and they were very nice. Probably around $50. Good luck!
