Best Deal on a Bundle Me 0-12m

Does anyone know where is the best deal on a Bundle Me for a infant carseat? Everywhere I look they are all $39.99.

Has anyone see any good deals on these?

Just wanted to mention this as it gets discussed a bit on the car seat board, but the Bundle Me is not recommended for car seats because it goes between the baby and the harness.
