I've had good experiences with bestdealmagazines.com.

In addition to their low prices they're always running specials. Today's email had a code (SPREE19) for 19% off - good 11/28 & 11/29 only.

I've had a number of positive experiences with subscriptions4less on ebay. Really cheap prices.

I've had good luck on netmagazines.com - they have some bundled at 5 subscriptions for $30 plus if you sign up they have a $5 off coupon, so that's 5 for $25! If there is a problem their customer service is pretty good- it's by email but decent service.
