Thanks for posting. I had a difficult time deciding what to get, so I went to amazon.com to read reviews. That helped a LOT! Several programs seem to be very glitchy to run on certain systems, so I just crossed those off of my list all together. There were originally about 10 that I was considering and by checking on amazon.com for reviews, I was able to chisel it down to 4. Great deal for $8. My son doesn't really have any computer experience yet, so I hope he likes them. Here's what I got...

Me too - I got a shipping confirmation on 2/14 (I had to check today, because I just realized wow my package never arrived). The email said 3-4 wks, which is totally long and crazy. Is this software arriving by foot or something? Anyway, I haven't received my package yet, either!!

The Learning Company was acquired by Riverdeep, so the software programs should be the same, just different packaging depending on when that particular CD was marketed. (I know because I'm a former employee of TLC from long ago.)

I recieved mine yesterday and well, I can see why S&H is free. They stuck all 4 CDs into a cardboard envelope in a plastic sealed bag and shipped it USPS. So far we have tried the, "Little Bear Toddler" CD-Rom. It installed very easily on my laptop and both of my boys loved it (3 yrs old and 18 mo old). I would recommend it to anyone with a small child just starting to get acquainted with the computer, esp if your child likes little bear, which both of mine do. The cd-rom is just like the show, the music is very gentle and the games relate very appropriately with the show. I think tomorrow we will try another one out, lol.
