Not sure who would ever pay $70 for it. You can get it at Fisher Price online for only $40. But, the Kohl's price seems pretty good. I think $40 is more typical for a regular price.

Use the savings to buy an ample supply of batteries! DS was given this for Christmas and I think it took 9 or 10 batteries between the cars and the track.

My son has it and really loved it...but he got sick of it pretty quick. :) However, it's a really cute toy.
