We were at BJ's yesterday and at the back endcap of the baby aisles (where the carseats, highchairs and bumbos are) they had some adorable Robeez knock-offs. They had light blue ones with sailboats, navy blue with baseball and bat, little girls white ones with a bow and pink ones with a flower. They had sizes 0-6, 6-12 and 12-18 that I saw. The brand is Footlets and the container says they're a product from H.W.Carter & Sons.
They are super cute and only $8.99 :)
We got the sailboats as that's the only size they had in 12-18 months for boys when we were there but they said they would be getting more in sometime.
