I thought this looked perfect for my 3 year old until I noticed that it has a weight capacity of 30 pounds, even though it's recommended for ages 3-5. my 3-year-old is 30 pounds already, and he's only 50% on the weight charts. Just an FYI

I would be tempted to call to confirm this if you're considering buying one. That seems like an extremely low weight limit for 3-5 year olds. Could be a typo?

I would have loved to check on the weight capacity and if it were higher then I would have got it for DS. Oh well...it is not like he really needs it!

My brother had one just like this (about 35 years ago!) and all the big kids (12-15 yrs) would stand on the back and try to steer it. Maybe the weight cap is a typo?
