Not sure where you should buy it, but just wanted to chime in and say that I have that camera and LOVE it. The only thing I don't love is that is produces more red eye than my larger cameras. I guess that's what you get with smaller cameras. I use Picasa and it's rather easy to get rid of the red eye before printing. Enjoy!

I got mine at http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product_Code=CAN+SD800IS&JRSource=zdnet.datafeed.CAN+SD800IS. There's a 3% from ebates, plus if you use google check out you can save another $10.

HTH.

I am also in the market for Canon PowerShot SD800 IS Digital Camera. I
have been reading expert reviews and that has been useful to me. It may
be help you too. I had been using PCWorld.com, cnet.com to find reviews.
Yesterday I used PriceGrabber’s expert review tab
(http://www.pricegrabber.com/info_expertreviews.php/masterid=26198643)
and found a site (www.smartratings.com) that aggregates expert reviews.
It only covers a few categories but it is pretty neat. Just my $.02.
