Looking to get new sheets/comforter/etc for the guest bedrooms. Where is the best place to look? Where have you had luck shopping? Tips/tricks? TIA!

I stick with the sale section at www.thecompanystore.com and have never been disappointed. Some of their comforters now have a lifetime warranty so you can get a replacement if you think it's gotten lumoy or developed bare spots over time.

I like to shop for sheets, comforters, towels, napkins, etc. from Bed, Bath and Beyond or Linen n' Things. And, if you sign up their mailing list, they send the 20% off single item coupon regularly. The best part is they accept expired coupons and also competitor coupons. So, you could use BBB coupons in LNT and vice-versa.

Your post reminded me that I wanted to ask about the coupon policy for LNT. I know that BB&B will take up to five coupons, expired or not, at a time. Does LNT have the same policy?

Thanks,
Jan

I'd check Tuesday Morning, TJ Maxx and the like. I got dd a nice set of sheets there.

I had to buy a bunch in a hurry once for 3 guest beds. I bought them at Target. The Duvets and skirts have held up well, but not the high thread count sheets. The patterns on the duvets are nice and I frequently get compliments.

For sheets, I have switched to companystore (solids), garnethill (whimsical styles), and Peacock Alley brand at Tuesday Morning, when it is available (my favorite sheets EVER). I have also purchased the 200ct sheets from PBK/WS brands and they have held up better than the Target sheets.

I bought sheet sets from Costco, they have held up great and the price was the best I found for the quality and the fitted are also deep enough for the new thicker mattresses.

I've had the best luck with JC Penney-brand sheets, esp for our thick King size bed, they fit and go on so easily and they wash up well. Otherwise, I've gotten some deals at TJ Maxx and Marshalls for coverlets, comforters.

I've had experience with both stores accepting more than 5 coupons in 1 purchase.

Thanks for the info! For some reason I've always had it in my head that the policy at BB&B was more lenient than at LNT. I guess I'll have to shop at both stores now. :)
