I got the Disney princesses one:

They had tons of the 'boys' ones, I think it was the "Cars" theme. Also a ball toss game with Dora on it for $9.98.
I put it up last night, I don't think it is worth $19.99, but worth $9.98. It is not as sturdy as the Ikea igloo tent, but Ikea tent is a pain to set up and take down where the Target one is much easier.
EDIT: just read the reviews on Target. Might be taking it back!
