Did you play the sweepstakes game?
After you play (and lose) the next screen gives you a code as a thank you for playing. They also send the same code to your e-mail address.

Thanks! I'm doing one w/ DS2's pictures. DS1 loves looking at the book I made for (most) of his first year. I've always wanted one for Nate too. :)

ETA that is did give me the error messages for a while. So, I waited a few hours and got it!

So Shutterfly's "help" suggested to delete all cookies and clear your cache--which I think is BS because it doesn't help at all. I've been trying it on Safari, Netscape and Explorer on both Mac and PC platforms and am still getting the errors. I think their servers just aren't keeping up with the workload.

I finally was able to play the game, but I never got the code. Was the code displayed on the screen after you played the game or was it sent to your email address? Do you have to win the game before you get the code? What am I doing wrong??? :(

I tried forever and it just now finally worked.

The code was displayed after I lost the game and clicked on "Next" at the bottom of that screen. The next page was where the code popped up; however, it did say to watch your e-mail for confirmation of the code. So you should receive it via e-mail as well.

I finally got through using Safari and I ended up with a free card too. :( It says you can play once a day, but I don't know if you get a new code every day. (It did let me play the game three times in a row, but after the first code, it didn't give me a new one.) I figure I'll try again tomorrow night about this time and see what happens!

ETA: One code is it apparently. After you get one they just tell you that you can play again tomorrow but they don't offer any codes.

It doesn't go by pics, it goes by pages. There are 20 pages and you can have anywhere from 1-5+ photos per page. You can also add pages for 80 cents per page. I just finished mine, it is a Father Day gift for DH. I really liked how it turned out and can't wait to see it.
