I sent one into endless for the robeez via the web yesterday, but did not get a confirming email saying that they had PM and have not heard back from them yet.

Yep, that's it
PM does not happen until they have shipped out the product. You could always call them. Their customer support is really good abt these things.

Mine took about 24 hours. Not too long. If you don't hear back by the end of today, I would call or email. HTH!

I got an email within a couple hours but it said that they wouldn't honor it because the shoe had to be in stock at the other site to price match. I double checked on amazon and the size I had ordered 11M WAS still in stock. I called them back and after a little bit of a runaround they gave me the 110% of the difference.
Not quite as easy as others were saying

I did it today, and actually did it over the phone. The CS rep was super sweet and did it right then. I don't think I get it until it has actually shipped out. I got confirmation today, so maybe they credited my card already? I should check.

Well apparently they are now not giving you the price match match unless it is less than the price with the 5 dollar shipping deduction. They had the shoes on amazon for 17 and on endless 23.00 (minus 5 shipping). I only got 1 a change back, rather than getting the shoes for 12.00
Has anyone else had this happen?

Yup, me, with the pedipeds. I had actually purchased them from endless a week ago and I e-mailed for a price adjustment based on their 14-day policy. They only refunded me $1 and change, when I was expecting about $6. Oh well, getting the shoes for $17 was still a good deal, and at least I got them shipped free overnight rather than having to throw in filler and pay $25 to get FS from Amazon.

Same for me as well. Did they not count the neg shipping of $5 before? I never tried before this time.
Oh well, Less than $17 for a pair of Pedipeds is a steal in my book. I'll take it! :-)

According to their policy, this is how they are supposed to do the PM. However, they weren't doing that in the beginning. My PM did not take into account the $5 shipping credit.

I just happened to click on the Kate Pedipeds, and they were dropped to 14.90. I immediately did the Endless PM, even after the confirmation that I got the $1-something adjustment. I got a response back immediately and got am almost $10 additional adjustment!whoohoo!
The price on Amazon has gone back up to $20-something within minutes....but it doesnt hurt to check a few times later. Good luck!

Thanks for posting! It was back down to $14.95 on Amazon when I checked, and I got the adjustment. Yay!
