How do Pampers Amazon deals work???

I lived 5 minutes from a Sam's and never thought to buy anywhere else until I moved. Now I am an hour away from any discount store and am very interested in all the Amazon deals I hear about. But I just checked out the website and it doesn't seem to be too much of a deal to me. do they run special promotions every once in a while. Do I suscribe to have them shipped to my house regularly??

I'm not sure of the regularity, but they do run specials usually where you get a certificate later if you buy so much (last time $30 for buying $99) For me it's so much easier than hauling them from the stores. You just have to make sure they send your certificate sometimes.
