Did you happen to have monogramming in your order? On my order I noticed that charges for monogramming did not count towards the discount. You could give them a call. I've had great luck with their customer service in the past.

The STRANGEST thing happened to me w/ the GarnetHills orders.

Last night, I couldn't get the $50 off coupon to work so I purchased another coupon code from an ebay seller. Thanks for the "knowledge" I learned from this board & I got the code just a few min. right after I paid around 11pm here in California, what a GREAT service.

The new code wasn't working for me either So I had to seperate my order(& added more unnecessary items) to get 3 $20 off $100 order. I thought the worst was just paying extra shipping.

This morning I tried the code & it's taking $50 off now!! & then I found that the second order just disappeared from my order history. I had to reorder everything again but some items were already out of stock.

I still haven't received email confirmation for any of the orders though. How long does it take to receive the confirmation?

You know, I never received an email conf either. I looked up my order under my account and it just said something like In Stock Reserved next to each item. I guess I won't worry since it looked like they've got the items and there's a record of my order.

I used the Live Chat function today to speak to a CS rep named Heather. I told her I never rec'd a confirmation email, but she insisted that one was sent. I checked all of my email folders and I most certainly did not receive an email. Anyway, she told me my order had shipped today. Since so many people haven't received order confirmations, there's a good chance there is a glitch in their notification system.
