Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but Haba makes cute kid jewelry and hair accessories. oompa.com, maukilo.com, moolka.com all carry Haba I believe.

Have you ever visited hyenacart..Its a collection of earth friendly shops mostly by work at home moms. Here is a link to the accesories for children and there are quite a few stores for bows and other things.

If you visit the front home page you will find a whole lot of other categories from clothes to cloth diapers ( a lot of hippie stuff but nice IMO).

There are lots of sellers on http://www.etsy.com that do little girl accessories. Etsy is a site for sellers to list their handmade items.
