Kind of a weird suggestion, but if you go to the post office there is a Moving Envelope. This contains a form to fill out with the post office to forward mail to your new address, but also contains a bunch of coupons... one of which is for either 10 or 20% off at Lowes.

You don't actually have to fill out they address change form, either. If you ask for the envelope, they'll give you as many as you need.
