I can't imagine how nice that must've been.
I've had excellent experience with their customer service. They've sent me tons of swatches when I asked and they've even gone out of their way when I accidentally ordered the night before the 40% sale date. They gave me the discount on the order I already placed. I'll be loyal to them for that and for their great occasional 40% off sales :)

Imagine taking your local Target (or Fred Meyer if you know what that is) and turning it into a fabric store. Not a JoAnn's with some fabric and lots of stuff - really a store full of fabric. That is literally what the b&m Fabric Depot is. I think it is around 1.5 ACRES of store! A friend and I still make the trip occasionally for one of the sale days. What a great place!
