Where to buy cheap flash lights?

DD is having a Scooby Doo party and I thought flash lights would be a good favor. I have seen the little key chain ones on Oriental Trading but then you have to pay $7 shipping. Does anyone know anywhere I can get them cheaply, preferably in real life, rather than online. I will need about 16.

The store 5 and below has cheap ones... I am not sure if you have one of those, but if not try a dollar store they usually have them.

I just saw some at Target today in the $1 section. They were with some Halloween stuff. It looked like there were 4 or 5 in a pack for a buck. Super good deal. HTH!
