I spoke to the cs person at Chef's and she had a sitram set and loved it.

I ordered both the sandcastle and the tree pans. The tree pan is by nordicware too. I tried the sandcastle pan w/applesauce coffee cake recipe from marthastewart.com and it was yummy and good looking. DS loved the sandcastle.

I also tried out one of the sitram pans--i really like it. Much nicer due to the copper bottom, when compared with my farberware ss from school days.

And everything arrived in a timely manner (they ship out of Colorado).
