Sometimes I love Amazon. Their customer service has always been really good (in my experience).

I emailed them this morning requesting a price adjustment because I bought this six weeks ago at $34.99. I think their "official policy" is 30 days, but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I just (ALREADY!) got an email back stating that they will be refunding the $12.59 difference to my credit card.

I'm so happy!

I have a question - I ordered the Kettler bell along with the ST2 to qualify for free shipping. Am I going to have a compatibility issue? I seems to recall reading somewhere on the board that the Kettler accessories are not meant for Kiddi-o's. But I was thinking maybe a bell wouldn't matter. Does anybody know?

I think the bell should work on any metal trike. It just screws on.

The BELL works fine, but the SEATBELT DOES NOT WORK. Just a warning since I now have a $15 seatbelt that is useless.

I didn't bother to return to Amazon so I'm going to try and exchange it locally for something else.
