Source for made by so and so labels to sew into handmade stuff

I have started knitting scarves and hats and am hoping to expand my repertoire to sweaters some day. What I would love is to have a little sew in tag that identifies what I have made as "handmade by me" or something equally as cute and corny. Anyone know where I could get some of these made up? TIA

My grandmother used to put these labels on anything she made!! I think they're great and I'm glad you posted this. I have just started crocheting baby blankets and want to put this on them. Thanks! :)
