I know I'm a bit late on this trend, but I would like to make a few sets of knitted felted wool mocs and a purse or two for Christmas gifts. Where can I find instructions and patterns?
TIA!

This is one of the most popular bags:

There are a bunch of lovely bags (pattern for purchase) here:
http://www.knitabit.net/
And I like this one:

Google also turns up lots of patterns.

The book Stitch N Bitch has a super easy pattern for a felted bag that I think is terrific.
Here are some free bags at knitty.com. They are not quite as easy as the SNB pattern, but still not bad:

And here's a felted moc pattern:

Thanks Rachel and Beth! Those are exactly what I was looking for.
One more question...can I use Kool-Aid dyed Fisherman's Wool, or would you recommend buying the yarns mentioned in the patterns?

I did the SNB pattern with Kool Aid dyed Fishermans and it worked fine! You can use it if the pattern calls for worsted weight wool.
