I would just take the one you have and trace the pieces, then add seam allowance on them all. I'm assuming you mean for DC's car seat. I'm getting ready to do that, if I can ever get some free time. Aubrey likes to reach under the cover and pull out bits of the foam and batting, so I'm going to make a reversible one and put a stop to the, um, extra fiber in her diet.
