Paint Pen

Does anyone know of a fabric permanent paint pen that can write of black fabric and then be washed? Thanks

You've probably looked at places like Joann's and Michael's already, but I've found that I can get some degree of precision with even the bottles, which I think would be opaque on black fabric. I used a glow-in-the-dark one for invitations actually, and it worked out fine, I just had to write very slowly to make it look neat. HTH
