I'm putting together a tshirt for a breast cancer walk (I know not baby relaed but I figured this board might be a good place to find the crafty Moms). Our family does it every year in memory of dh's Mom who passed away 10 years ago from breast cancer. We get shirts each year from the ACS but they only put personalized slogans, no pics. We looked into having a printer add photos but it was expensive and we aren't doing a huge # of shirts. I wanted to surprise dh by making the shirts extra special this year and had the idea of photos. I've scanned some in showing his Mom and others with Mom & family. What is the best way to set it up on iron on paper? Should I try copying all the photos into a word document then printing to the paper or should I put each individual photo on the paper and iron on separately. Any tips with this endeavor would be appreciated!

THANKS!

If you don't have any photo editing software then the word doc or power point will work. I would print them all out on one page to conserve the iron on paper. You could always cut them apart after you print it out. I think ironing on a whole sheet might be a little daunting, as a rule of thumb I never do anything bigger than my iron. There is always the possibility of wrinkling and cracking then. (that exists anyway, but I think having it bigger makes it worse)

Also, make sure that you print them backwards if there are any words or numbers on the pics.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the tips! I just found out that the t-shirts are pink. Should I use the on white sheets or those for dark colored tshirts??

Sorry, I just saw this!! I would lean towards the sheets made for dark colored t-shirts to be safe. If they are a very light pastel pink I think the white sheets would be o.k.
