Need Valentine craft ideas for gifts

I need some ideas for Valentine's day crafts to give to the grandparents for gifts. My daughter is only 15 months but I try to involve her. Any ideas would be helpful even if it is a way to put just put her picture on something. I like to be different and creative so tell me what you have done!

I bought the wood picture frames at Michaels and wood heart cut outs. The boys are painting the frames red, and the hearts blue (J's choice.) Let's just say, the painting is not the best, but they did it. We used red tempura paint and sponge brushes. It was a mess, but a fun mess. I'll put a picture of the boys in it and Wah-La.... gift!
