Hi,
I'm looking for a few ideas of things that DD and I can make for holiday gifts for the grandparents and am wondering if you have any suggestions. From the thread in BB about hand prints, I think we may pay a visit to a paint your own pottery place and/or try to do some clay hand prints.
Does anyone have any other suggestions. She is turning two this fall, but loses interest quickly in coloring and painting.
Thanks................Heather

Family Fun mag has some great ideas for crafts for toddlers. Some are even nice enough for gifts.

Try www.makit.com

I've made some cute handprint plates, trays and mugs for the grandparents.

If you have a playgroup or other group of moms, you may want to get together and combine an order -- it's cheaper that way. Also, you don't need to buy their markers. You can use any waterbased markers or ink. We use Crayola or Stampin' Up markers and Stampin' Up Classic ink and it works just fine.
