Super Baby Food does not talk about buttermilk (not in index anyway). Buttermilk is very similar in taste to plain yogurt.
I'm just wondering because we have it around a lot because DH likes it. I tried drinking a glass a day during pregnancy (it fulfilled several 'requirements') and I won't have to pinch my nose and gulp! I hate it...but I also hate plain yogurt and so far DS likes it.
