Oh NO! He's learned how to spit!

What do you do when you baby, instead of eating the baby food, instead practices spitting? All throughout dinner?

Do you give up on that meal? I've been trying to make sure he eats at least 2 oz of baby food at dinner, but it's very tedious, and there's food EVERYWHERE.

This is just a phase, right?

Kayla was doing this all last week. It was cute at first...then not so cute...in fact infuriating... When she spits, I sternly say "NO" and stop feeding. I give it a few minutes and go again. If she does it again we stop. That's been the best way so far...but we are all learning together. She hasn't spit this week.
